The Garmin Dakota 10 is a compact, light and robust hiking GPS, with a 2.6 -inch color touch screen, readable even in full sun. It is equipped with a high sensitivity GPS receiver with Hotfix ™ technology, allowing rapid and precise acquisition of satellites, even in wooded or conceded areas. Unlike his big brother the Dakota 20, he does not have a microSD card reader, but incorporates an internal memory of 850 MB to store cards, waypoints, routes and lines. It is compatible with Garmin topographic cards (preload required via USB) and offers a simple, intuitive and multilingual interface. Its waterproof case (IPX7 standard) makes it resistant to rain, splashes and accidental immersions. Ideal for hiking, bicycle, or geocache, it works with two AA batteries offering up to 20 hours of autonomy.
